The G8 Summit

I know this is kinda late, but I saw this post on my previous blog and decided rekindle an old flame. This is Obama and Sarkozy at the G8 summit.

We all know about the G8 summit and how the climate issue was a big discussion. Where all the third world countries refuse to reduce their emissions until developed countries agree to reduce theirs. It got so serious that Obama promised reduction by 80% by 2050. I really do hope he is in power till then. But what we do not know is that the presidents have a humorous side to themselves; which is a good thing because if all presidents are half as stiff-necked as Hitler, I don’t think something as soft as climate change will be on their minds.

There are four countries whose leaders just can’t help it but bring out the laughter in you. These are USA, Brazil, France and Canada.

The Lady in Red
President Obama and President Sarkozy are caught in a very unique picture. The picture portrays both presidents as active flirtatious men checking out this lady. It sure takes skill to be a paparazzi.
This is not the main picture. I have edited it to add some highlights for the purposes of this blog.
Does anyone remember the lady in red from the movie, “The Matrix”. Oh yeah, he only one who distracted Neo from his training. Could this be a sign? Could this mean Obama and Sarkozy are “The Ones” to stop this climate madness? Or to bring perfect living conditions to their countries? Food for thought. I cannot explicitly say but the question I raise is . . . who is this lady? But Sarkozy~ is well knows to adore beautiful women. And he’s a proud man doing that. Watch the video and clear your head on the issue.

Other fun stuff includes

  • Brazillian president, Luiz Inacio “LULA” DA SILVA, presenting President Obama with a brazillian football jersey signed by all the players following USA’s loss to Brazil. Obama replied implying he won’t let that happen a second time. Some laughs and giggles followed.
  • Canadian Prime Minister, Ben Harper, was late again for pictures. The last time this happened was when he was to take photos with the Queen. The news around has Harper in the washroom while pictures were about to be taken and everyone had to wait for him to sort himself out.

That’s it for this post. I recieved a request to add a comment section to this blog. However, the hosting site does not provide PHP support on this domain. I have not found a work around yet. When that is done, you will be able to comment on my blogs. If you have any comments, feel free to send me an email using the link at the bottom of the site.
